The concept of the “FullAutoCAM” command is to create high-quality machining data quickly regardless of operator skills.
The command consists of a set of functions to streamline all types of CAM operations in the phases from that of process designing to that of creating NC data.
The Company will continue research and deliberations with the aim of further improving the automatic functions of the “FullAutoCAM” command and expand areas
where the command is accepted. We will strengthen the functions conducive to shortening CAM operation time and stabilizing machining quality.
Execute the “ShapeMachining” command and the “ProfileMachining” command in coordination with the “AutomaticMachiningDesign” command in order to enable the System
to read data of machining-subject shape surfaces and lines in the command window of the “AutomaticMachiningDesign” command and automatically decide an optimum process sequence.
Execute the “AutomaticMachiningDesign” command in coordination with the command of automatically choosing cutting tools of no interference in order to enable the System to automatically create cutting paths that cause no interference.
The “AutomaticallyOptimizeMachiningSequences” command enables the System to automatically realign cutting paths created by the “Shape Machining” command and the “Profile Machining” command in compliance with rules based upon considerations about actual cutting sequences.
The function of Cutting Tools Life Division of the “AutomaticallyOptimizeMachiningSequences” command enables the System operators to replace cutting tools of use in units of cutting length and time.
The “AutomaticallyOptimizeMachiningSequences” command enables the System operators to optimize motions of a tool cutting along paths of different heights in concurrence with replacing cutting tools.
Store decive factors for finalizing process sequences as expertize in a database. The System will automatically decide process sequences on the basis of the database, regardless of operator skills.
